Estéban Pérez (he/him) is a Startups Manager at Future Founders. In this role, he is responsible for supporting our Fellowship and Alumni programming for diverse 18- to 30-year-old founders from across the country. His passion is in helping small businesses achieve their goals and create ripple effects of change in their own communities.
Before Future Founders, Estéban directed the LTNtech Founders program and was a business advisor at the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he consulted and contributed to over one hundred small businesses in a wide variety of topics like accounting, marketing, and technology. Through the LTNtech Founders program, he has organized and facilitated workshops, panels, and pitch competitions to help marginalized startups grow and find funding.
Estéban graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. During his time in college, Esteban participated in tech incubator programs and was a finalist in multiple pitch competitions for his education technology startup, Opex Esports.
Outside of Future Founders, Estéban is developing a video game with his friends on the Unity game engine. He also likes to stay active through sports like boxing, ultimate Frisbee, and skateboarding.
