Over the past two weeks, the Future Founders Foundation and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) hosted competitions for our partnership schools so students could showcase the business plans they created during the school year. From each school’s competition, judges selected 3-5 plans to advance to the Future Founders finalist pool.
After reviewing the high caliber finalists, we are pleased to announce the nine plans that will be featured at the 8th Annual Future Founders Citywide Business Plan Competition. This “American Idol” meets entrepreneurship competition will take place on Wednesday, May 8 at the Hard Rock Café.
For this year’s event, students will compete in three tracks: PRODUCT, SERVICE and MOBILE APPS. One winning plan will be announced from each track.
At this point, we’d like to announce and congratulate our 2013 CITYWIDE FINALISTS:
Finalists are listed in alphabetical order for each track.
