Gaurav Doshi is the Senior Director of Strategy for Motorola Solutions, where he helps identify growth opportunities and advance innovative technologies.

Gaurav has over 25 years of experience in engineering, strategy, and business leadership, along with 10 years of non-profit board experience. Previously, he held other leadership roles developing new technologies, building businesses and growing teams. Gaurav possesses a wide range of experiences encompassing M&A, product development and go-to-market. Through his Board roles at Citizen Schools and Education Pioneers, he has helped organizations develop growth strategies, support development opportunities and navigate operational challenges.

Gaurav holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS from Purdue University.
