Future Founders, a nonprofit building the nation’s largest inclusive community of intentional young entrepreneurs, today announced the appointment of Tyler Zittergruen to its Board of Directors.
Tyler Zittergruen is a Senior Managing Director in the Evercore Private Capital Advisory group. Prior to joining Evercore, Tyler was a member of the secondary advisory team within Park Hill Group at PJT Partners (formerly The Blackstone Group). In this role, he focused on providing strategic advice to institutional investors on the disposal of financial assets and to alternative asset managers seeking to reposition their platforms. Earlier in his career, he focused on M&A at BMO Capital Markets within the business services and media group. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Iowa.
“I’ve been working with Future Founders for the last 10 years, and the growth and scale that they have achieved is truly remarkable,” said Zittergruen. “I’m excited to join the Board of Directors and continue helping others on their entrepreneurial journey, both in Chicago and across the country.”
With his experience helping to start and scale businesses, Tyler looks forward to passing along the lessons he’s learned with our young students and founders navigating their own entrepreneurial journeys. Focused on helping others as much as possible, he’s also excited to give our participants the resources they need to chase their dreams and achieve their goals.
“For the past decade, Future Founders has been extremely fortunate to have a partner as passionate and knowledgeable as Tyler,” said Scott Issen, President & CEO, Future Founders. “We are thrilled to welcome him to our Board of Directors, and look forward to utilizing his wealth of experience to guide our organization for years to come.”
