At Future Founders, our growth is made possible by people who continually step up, take on new challenges and find new ways to advance our mission. Today, we’re excited to recognize two of those leaders.
Sam Schryer has been promoted to Managing Director, and Reneé Brantley has been promoted to Director, Executive Operations.
Since joining Future Founders, Sam and Reneé have each expanded their roles considerably, helping strengthen our programs, operations and the experiences we create for young entrepreneurs. Their promotions recognize both the impact they’ve already made and the leadership they’ll bring to Future Founders as we continue to grow.
Sam joined Future Founders in 2022 to lead our work with middle and high school students. Since then, he has played an integral role in expanding the reach and impact of these programs while building new partnerships that allow us to bring entrepreneurship education to more young people.
Sam has also helped Future Founders expand how we serve young entrepreneurs beyond the classroom. He was instrumental in the development and launch of the Future Founders Apprenticeship, our paid, 10-week program for 18- to 25-year olds who want to explore entrepreneurship as a potential career path.
In his new role as Managing Director, Sam will continue to help shape Future Founders’ programming and partnerships while playing a broader role in advancing the organization’s mission and impact.
Reneé joined Future Founders in 2021 as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. Over the past five years, she has continually taken the initiative to expand her role, becoming an essential part of how Future Founders operates and brings its community together.
Today, Reneé oversees the countless details behind many of Future Founders’ live events, retreats, and gatherings throughout the year. From coordinating logistics to ensuring an exceptional experience for founders, partners and guests, her work helps turn ambitious ideas into memorable experiences.
As Director, Executive Operations, Reneé will continue to lead this work while taking on expanded responsibility for the systems, logistics, outreach and execution that support Future Founders and our growing community.
